$90 · Antique Georgian China Gravy Boat Set Charmaine Pattern 2PC RARE

Beautiful "Charmaine" footed gravy boat with underplate by Georgian China. Eggshell (off-white/cream) colour with gold filigree motif trim & floral accent. It's very old and been in the family for generations (1940's circa). Underplate is 9" and the gravy boat measures 8" from spout to handle. Both are without cracks, crazing or repair but there are a couple of small chips on the bottom of the gravy boat...one under the rim and the other is on the inside of one foot, neither are visible, and only show, when you turn the gravy boat upside down & inspect. There are a few tiny bubble-like marks in the glaze on the back, which I think was done during the manufacturing process. Feet are showing some discoloration, on the bottom and the gold trim is in very good condition. There's a slight wobble in the gravy boat but, perfect if set at an angle on the underplate. Set is really quite wonderful and shows beautifully, for being so old and probably used hundreds of times.
