Meals include a simple breakfast & lunch and a home cooked evening meal. The room is furnished with a Queen size Bed, antique dresser, and chair. (No TV in the room) Sheets & Linens included. Rent is $500/month and is a short-term rental until June 1/19. Available immediately with a reduced rent for Dec. (Note - We have a very friendly cat that does not do well with other cats, for her sake, we are asking No pets please)
